MAMA's Country Shed accepts credit cards through PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks with clearing period (7-10 days).

Please allow 7-10 days to process your order. Please note that candle orders will take a little longer since they are handpoured by me.
Average candle time is 2-3 weeks to arrive at your door.
We strive for even faster time, but candles are made to order in the order they are received.
Also take into account your payment method. Personal checks and money orders will take longer to receive.
So please plan accordingly for your candle order.
Shipping charges are stated on your order form. If you would like to pick up your merchandise, there will be no charge. Just let me know in the comments section of the order form.
Returns: If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order or an item has been broken during shipping, we will gladly issue you a store credit upon return of our product. In order to accept a return and issue a credit, you must notify MAMA's Country Shed within 7 business days of delivery. If you choose to return the product, please note that you will only be issued a store credit and shipping/handling costs are not reimbursed. Please retain all packing material and return your order in the original box along with the packaging. Upon notification of your request, you will be given a reference number for this transaction.
