Wholesale Terms

Ordering Info:
We only sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. A copy of your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate and phone number is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate and phone number on file. Please email, mail or fax a copy of your information to us at the address below. For all existing customers, please have your account number or username ready when ordering, and include your customer account number or username on your check when remitting payment.
Any item purchased with the intention of resale may NOT be altered in any way. The tags and/or labels which include the MAMA's Country Shed logo, contact information, web address, etc. MUST be left intact and attached to the product. Nor may the price of the item undercut our retail prices.
Free samples are not available. If you would like to sample our products prior to placing a wholesale order, please make your purchases through our site.
Your sample purchase will then go toward your wholesale order minimum.
Minimum Order Policy:
Your first wholesale order will have a $75 minimum and all reorders will carry a $50 minimum.
As our wholesale customer, we offer you anywhere from 30-45% off our retail prices with a minimum quantity per item. Each item will have different quantities due to the time and effort it takes to make the orders. For example, our half gallon Primitive Quote Lamps have a minimum of 4 while the quart size has a minimum of 6.
We do not offer wholesale on all of our products.

Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping will be added to each order. All orders outside of the local area will be shipped at actual cost by the buyers chosen method.
All orders within a 100 mile radius of Flint, MI have the following options:
- You may arrange pickup of your order for FREE.
- You may choose to have it shipped by your preferred method of shipping.
We will gladly offer a quote on shipping.
Insurance:
We highly recommend that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we will NOT be held responsible for products lost or damaged inthe shipping process.
Back Orders:
We may occasionally have to back order an item. You will be notified of the back order and will only be charged for that item when it is shipped to you. We will ship your back ordered item as soon as it is available.
Payment Policy:
For wholesale accounts, we accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Company check* and Money Order*. All accounts are billed prior to shipping and are due in FULL before orders are processed with the exception of shipping cost, which will be billed immediately after the order is shipped.
*Please note if paying by check or money order, your order will not be released until the check or money order has cleared the bank. This usually takes 7-10 business days. You will be charged $30.00 for each NSF or stop payment check. If this should happen, your account will then be CREDIT CARD ONLY.
We do not accept terms or COD.
Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with our merchandise for whatever reason, and it is not damaged, defective or discontinued, we ask that you return the merchandise at your own expense within one month from the date on invoice. Please take care to package the merchandise well to prevent damage in return shipment to us. You are responsible and liable for shipping and damaged during shipping fees on ALL returned or refused orders.
All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 15% restocking fee assessed. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. If your return is unauthorized, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be processed for:
improper placement or display of candles which may result in scratches, dents, chips, discoloring, fading or clouding caused by sun damage or strong florescent lighting. Nor will candles exposed to extreme heat be refundable or restockable. Finally, we will not refund or exchange an item because it did not sell or that you changed your mind.
Damages:
If damage occurs during shipping, please keep the original carton and packing for inspection by carrier and notify MAMA's Country Shed via email immediately at mama@mamascountryshed.com. You may choose to have a credit applied to your account and that total taken off your next order. Or you can choose to have us replace the item (s) damaged.

Wholesale Agreement:
By submitting your wholesale order(s), the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above. Nor will MAMA's Country Shed be held liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of our products.

All prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice.
